Baram Group is a private semi-integrated poultry company fully owned by Kibbutz Maanit.
The company owns and operates advanced rearing and breeding as well as broiler farms in addition to a state-of-the-art hatchery for broiler chicks. The innovative growing technologies we develop, together with our proven record as leading growers, make us ideal partner for setting up a high quality, efficient and profitable poultry farm.

Established as a company in 1998 after 60 years of poultry activities within Kibbutz Maanit. The company holds pullet and broiler breeder farms all around Israel.
Established in 2011 as a collaboration between Baram Group and Jerusalem Chicken, a leading poultry processing plant. The company holds a hatchery with a capacity of 36 million eggs.
Established in 2008 as a collaboration between Baram Group and Kibbutz Beit Alpha. The company holds pullet and broiler breeder farms.
Established in 2018 as a collaboration between Baram Group and Kibbutz Ramat Hashofet. The company holds broiler breeder farms.
Founded in 2015, LIVEgg is a young and innovative biotech company with hi-scale engineering and R&D capabilities, developing breakthrough solutions for the poultry industry - such as CrystalEgg™, the world’s first chick embryo monitor.

Chairman
Yossi Peled brings with him 40 years of experience as CEO of Galam. He transformed Galam from a small local company to a multinational company with a turnover of tens of millions of dollars a year. Today, Yossi acts as Chairman / Director of several companies and startups.
CEO
Ido Ifat has been the CEO of the Baram Group for over 25 years, bringing with him vast experience of the poultry market. Ido also serves as Director of several companies. He holds a BA in Economics.
V.P Global Business Development
Alon brings 20 years of experience in management, of which 8 were in the poultry business. Prior to joining Livegg, Alon served as CEO of a large poultry company in Africa and initiated the establishment of several multinational poultry farms. He is a certified Industrial and Management Engineer.
CFO
Guy has vast experience as a CFO in both local and multinational companies. With over 20 years' experience as CFO and as an executive member, Guy brings a wealth of financial know how. He holds an MBA and CPA.
COO
Dor brings over 15 years’ experience in poultry management. He has extensive experience in planning, information systems and team management. He is a certified Industrial and Management Engineer.
HR Manager
Sivan brings vast experience in training and organizational development from industrial and communication organizations. She holds an MBA as well as a diploma in group facilitation.
